About Jessi
Thank you for your interest in renting our beautiful Portland Urban Loft! I was raised in a home where my mother offered the best hospitality and would take in our friends. People were constantly staying at our home and it was always warm and welcoming. I want to return that favor now that we have a space of our own to give back. We are in love with our loft and are happy to share it with responsible, respectable people who want a relaxing Portland get away, or an exciting cultural Portland experience.
About the Space
Our loft is 1,600 square feet. It is divided into two half's. You will be pleasantly surprised when you enter the apartment. We have floor to ceiling windows which drenches the space in natural light. The loft is centrally located off of North Williams which is a thriving new development that hosts restaurants and boutique shops. If you want the perfect Portland experience without the crowds and expensive and difficult parking...this location is prime. Nike bikes are located on the complex's ground for easy access to the city! The loft is near a bus line, New Seasons, Parks, and Hand Stone Massage is literally on the other side of the loft off of Williams! The loft is brand new, and is in a very safe neighborhood.

The Mississippi and Alberta Neighborhood are one of the most energetic neighborhoods in Portland which are nearby!
If you want "Real Portland" coffee, there are 4-5 shops in walking distance! There are many adorable shops and boutiques including Lark Press(letterpress and Woodblock Chocolate), Ristretto Roasters, Ink and Peat (singular florist and home shop), Hopworks and Lompoq brewpubs, Tasty 'n Sons, Coco Doughnuts,Chop Butchers and New Seasons, the area's locally owned sustainable grocers. Walk six blocks and you are in the heart of the Mississippi neighborhood with dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, food carts and more.
Williams Avenue is the most active bike commuting route in the United States.
Living on Williams has been living in the heart of Portland culture. We love it here and hope you do as well.
