Rule of Thumb - Start 5.5 Hours Before the Ceremony
12:00 PM / Photographer Starts Shooting Details
(At this point, all of the ladies should have their hair and makeup done. The brides hair and makeup should be 95% complete. While hair and makeup are being wrapped up, the Photographer can capture small details like the dress, shoes, rings, invitations, jewelry, etc.)
12:30 PM / Photographer starts guys prep time
(At this point, the guys should already be 90% dressed and ready to go. Photographer will capture last minute details : putting on jackets, ties, cuffs, shoes, etc.)
1:00 PM / Lead Photographer photographs the guys as a group
1:30 PM / Photographer goes back to the ladies and photographs the bride getting her dress on.
1:45 PM / Photographer photographs the ladies as a group
***2:00 PM / First Look! Pre Husband & Wife Photo Shoot Moments
2:30 PM / Entire bridal party photos
3:00 PM / Family Formals
4:00 PM / Ladies hide Away , Photographer captures behind the scene moments with the Bride, Gents Help Prepare for Ceremony , Photographer captures details / guests
