Cape Kiwanda Engagement Session
San Francisco to Portland
When Carl and Theresa reached out to us we were very excited. They seemed like a good fit right away; they both love the outdoors, dogs, traveling, good food, and they mentioned they were Filipino (Race is also FLIP)! We vibed really well with them and soon enough they were taking a flight to Portland for their Cape Kiwanda Engagement session. When our couple got into town we took them out to one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants, Luc Lac. The next day we set out for a mini road trip to the coast.
Cape Kiwanda Engagement
Any chance we get to come out to the Oregon Coast is always a plus in our book. Especially when our couple is flying in from out of town. It’s almost our duty to bring them either to the coast, the Gorge, or the mountains. We’re proud of our PNW backyard, but it also makes it difficult to choose where to have their engagement session! After much thought, we decided to take Carl and Theresa to the Oregon Coast for their Cape Kiwanda Engagement session. We got to Pacific City and had a late lunch at Pelican Brewing. We killed some time and waited for the light to get a little better before starting the shoot. Once that golden light came out we explored the cape and the rest was history. We are so stoked for their San Francisco wedding at Gallery 308. It can’t come soon enough!
